This is the Maiden Voyage is always one that brings joy and a little trepidation!  Everything that could go wrong has (well not everything), but technical issues galore and it's taken several hours to get this blog setup and a post possible.

I have already lost several previous ones, to browser freezing - so want to make sure I get this one up before something else technical goes wrong.

This blog will be used to document the journey of change and healing from the INside :: OUT.  There is so much we can do our self to keep our "sacred space" health & in good working order.

For now, let me happily get this posted and come back when it is safe to swim in the cyber waters.  For now,
